Profile est un détergent alcalin chloré peu moussant, à haute efficacité, pour eaux moyennement dures, utilisé pour les applications de NEP et de nettoyage par aspersion. Profile possède d'excellentes capacités d'élimination des protéines. Profile est utilisé en industrie de transformation de la viande pour le nettoyage mécanique en trempage et pour les applications de lavage des plateaux.

• Profile provides excellent detergency for protein removal in spray washing and CIP applications in the food and beverage industries. • Profile is medium hard water tolerant. • Profile is suitable for CIP under conditions of high turbulence.

• Medium hard water tolerant, ensuring scale free equipment and improved operational efficiency. • Low foaming under high turbulence making it easier to rinse and improving cleaning efficiency.

Profile is used at 0.5-1.5% w/w (0.4-1.3% v/v) at ambient to 50°C for soak applications and at 50°C for CIP and spray washing applications. Profile is used at 40-50°C for 10-20 minutes for CIP of milk tanks, tray washing and packing machines. Profile should be rinsed thoroughly from all surfaces after cleaning, to ensure potential staining is eliminated.
